The Five Bells Inn

Deep in the heart of the Devon countryside, this 18th-century thatched farmhouse exhibits all the charm of a traditional English pub and is run by local owners, James & Charlie. The Five Bells boasts two menus: pub classics and specials. So if you fancy proper British pub grub, you can chose from our Five Bells Burger, our Otter Ale Fish & Chips or our venison sausages (many more to choose from on the menu!). On the special's menu, which changes regularly, we offer beautifully cooked a la carte dishes: Steak Tartare, butter roasted Sea Bass & slow cooked Pork Belly plus many more. This family-friendly and dog-friendly pub also offers locally produced beers, ciders and soft drinks, a wonderful selection of wines from a local wine merchant & the best seasonal produce available. Our sprawling pub garden is beautiful in the summer with plenty of space to relax and lots of shade.
