Aged in-house for many weeks to ensure tenderness and flavour, steak sandwiches, sirloin, rib-eye, fillet and T-bone cuts of beef are cooked to order by the grill chefs, and can be served with a choice of sauces or a la Capricorn (with melted goat's cheese).
